    They used to be the strongest, but I think the rest of the world developed faster the last couple of years

      Brazil’s conflict resolution proposal would be a great first step, and was widely approved by the world. Guess who vetoed it just a few days ago.

      This is not a new pattern - many proposals by many of these countries have been rejected, with zero actual arguments against them.

      I think it would be in your best interest to get a better understanding of the situation and history for the last 80 years or so of the region.
