I had a moment today where I realized that I prefer smaller enclosed spaces without a lot of sound. I know that is a classic Autism trait but I never connected the dots. I’ve always done what feels best in the moment.

    I describe it as more claustrophilic than agoraphobic. I’ve always enjoyed small, windowless rooms and closets. I’m willing to admit I’ve slept in the closet more than a few times.
