Is it not normal to say something about how you got something someone commented on? Because I do this all the time.
I wish I could autopilot small talk like that. Dissociating for me just leaves me staring into the distance as I stop using my eyes.

^This is what people sound like every time they say something isn’t a disorder simply because it doesn’t affect them to the point of impacting quality of life.
