We’ve gotten a similarly injured Screech I will hopefully meet tomorrow.
Poor baby! I bet if I folded in my lips to cuddle the little darling, I too would have an eye injury!
They tend to play it cool once you get a good grip on them. Until that point though, a bird does what it’s gotta do. 😉
Can’t really blame them! One of the stray cats outside has been letting me pet her. One down, n to go!
