Bruh Steelies are 8%, and 2 of them is 64oz lmao. It doesn’t taste great, but if you’re a drunk you stopped caring about that a long time ago. Or you’re just still in the denial phase and think drinking is cultured, but I used bourbon for that period, back when a good bottle was $30-40.

Best beer for alcoholism is malt liquor. Idk prices now, but you used to be able to get two tall boys for $5, and that’s enough to get even the drunkest drunk good and tipsy, anyone else will be pretty trashed. I haven’t drank in almost 10 years though

They were local to Vegas and so had incentive to make sure it kept running smoothly, venture capital that runs it now only cares that money comes in, workers be damned.
Bartsbigbugbag@lemmy.mlto chapotraphouse@hexbear.net•Why aren't these lazy bums gambling at our overpriced mob city?!??!?!English17·7 days agoEvery time I go somewhere with legal gambling it blows my mind how many people gamble in the weirdest places. When I was in Illinois people were gambling at the local breakfast spot, like wtf? Here there’s only one city you can do it in and it’s hours away from most of civilization, so if people even bother going it’s typically once or twice a year at most.
Bartsbigbugbag@lemmy.mlto chapotraphouse@hexbear.net•Why aren't these lazy bums gambling at our overpriced mob city?!??!?!English11·7 days agoI’m pretty sure young people drink a lot less as a generation than all of us old fogies. Breweries and bars are shutting down like crazy now that millennials aren’t spending as much at them and the new generation doesn’t drink much

Or more seriously, they can use microwave power transmission to send the power back to earth. Except, then it would be better to just use satellites because you can lock those in geosynchronous orbits so you’re not only getting power in a tiny window each night.

Goes with the game theme, and still has a resistance theme while being crypto to people who I don’t tell explicitly that it’s about that. I like it.

Team America was big deal with young teenage boys in semi-rural America. I feel so embarrassed how easily I was led into it by the media at the time. Thankfully I got an activist girlfriend who helped me pull my head out of my ass before I got too old. Of course, that led to anarchism, which led to nihilism and alcoholism, which led to criminal charges, which led to sobriety and back to anarchy, before I finally said let’s read some of this commie shit. It was a damn long pipeline for me holy shit.

I got the communard symbol from disco Elysium on my forearm, and want something to go around it that continues the theme of semi-secretive commie stuff. I’m going for a vacation soon, would love to see some neat historical sites of union action, maybe an old CPUSA building, or whatever they have there. I think I’m gonna go to the propaganda museum, I think it’s run by a chud, but it looks to have some cool DPRK and Chinese posters in its collection, but other than that I know really nothing about San Fran other than its reactionary hippie association

I think that’s why so many are so similar, including in smell I would imagine. Even if you’re buying Korean sunscreen, you’re buying their US approved formula, which is going to be very similar to other US brands with not a lot of room for variation. If you can get overseas, you can buy much better and more varied sunscreens. I have no clue about scent though, I have a bad sense of smell so I never really notice much.

So you’re still in the denial phase it seems lol. It’s okay, if you really go all in on alcoholism you won’t care what it tastes like at all. Hopefully you don’t though, cause alcohol is pretty nasty
