Ive been using it a lot lately to compare specs on consumer items. If you cant for the life of you figure out why 2 tvs are different prices without doing a heap of AV nerd research ask it to compare the model numbers and give you a breakdown of the differences.

I dont ask it for anything that could be a subjective opinion.

  • I think we’re pretty much on the same page. The stories were the same “Thats my ex” or “Stop flirting with my girl/boy” or “you think you’re better than me” stuff but the shit talking before things got physical was so much better.

Meatheads get to the punching part too fast for it to be funny. You have enough time to go “Aw fuck…” and it was on. I once saw someone go 5 solid minutes on another persons shoes and it was amazing.

  • Nah you arent that unique you know. Its the same shit as straight clubs just with less violence and WAY more over the top acting and better writing. Straight guys throw chairs and punches, flamboyant gay dudes throw drinks and slap faces, Its just way more entertaining to be around.

The lesbians on the other hand… that shit was vicious but infrequent. Like dudes brawling but with hair pulling and nails as well.

  • I own a home and its insane how people who have never owned underestimate the cost of actually owning a property. “I can pay $1500 in rent, but apparently I cant afford a $1500 mortgage”… like… you probably cant. Banks arent not lending to you because they dont want to make an assload off interest. They tried lending out money to everyone who swore they could keep up the payments and 2008 happened.

  • The nature of the fediverse means bad actors could run rampant, jumping instances and usernames to turn the place into a shitshow.

The only reason it isnt happening already is that we arent worth the trouble.

The only way to avoid it once a certain size is reached is a paid moderation team with a mission statement to stamp that shit out, which means a budget is needed which means backers/investors/advertising… and tou get where this is going.
