I was looking to see if there are equivalents to Java’s private and protected members, and it looks like Python’s answer to that is just throw one or two underscores in front of things to do that. Poilievre isn’t a Trump clone. Trump is perceived as an outsider to politics, someone who isn’t a normal politician. Poilievre hasn’t had any other jobs than being a politician, and tried to run with Trump’s policies. I’m not going to say that’s why he lost the election, but he’s a long way from being a clone since he lacked one of the major traits that most people who would vote for Trump would identify with.
