I miss things spreading by word-of-mouth, not The Algorithm.™
I miss people making things for fun, not for the exit strategy.
I miss misinformation being called out and bullied mercilessly, not rewarded for Engagement.™
I miss Nazi being hyperbole, not an alternative viewpoint we’re supposed to acknowledge as valid.

Too bad the second somebody comes up with something it’ll get enshittified to hell.
Reminder that woke was originally used as a positive term.

There was a lot of casual discrimination, ostracism, and judgement if you weren’t Christian. Even among different churches. I’d have loved for there have been more Christians like you, but unfortunately the TV/Fox News Christians are all over the place down there.

Not that I won’t still play it by other means.

Hold these people accountable.

But it’s important to make the distinction between disabling and bricking. It may seem like a technicality, but that’s the kind of thing that’ll get a lawsuit dismissed. Not that I have any faith in that process anyway.

Smoked deviled eggs: throw peeled hard-boiled eggs on the grill or smoker for an hour or so on low indirect heat. The filling is similar to regular deviled eggs, but you swap yellow mustard with Dijon, relish with diced jalapenos, and mix in a couple teaspoons of BBQ rub. Garnish with a jalapeno slice. The last couple times I made them for a potluck I didn’t get to have any because they were already gone by the time I made it to that point in the line.
For dips, I won a dip competition at work with this jalapeno ranch recipe.
This is why I’ve always liked using sodium chloride as the fearmongering example over dihydrogen monoxide.
You’ve got a chemical made up of a metal that’s so unstable it explodes when it touches water (and guess what’s in you!) and a poisonous gas. Is that something you want to put in your body? No? Well, what if I told you that food manufacturers add it to nearly everything? Or that a detectable amount of it is in you at any given time, and has been since your conception?

You know what? I’ve said this before. We need to learn from the Blacks, the way they were able to remove the power from the n-word by using it. So, from now on, it’s, ‘What up, my Nazi? Hey, what up, my Nazi? Hey, what’s hanging, my Nazi?’”
Some incredible self-awareness there.

It’s either that, the $500 fixer-upper, or the $800k new construction. And I’m in the Midwest, not even in a high COL area.
