Vorhersagen basieren auf den Daten der Vergangenheit und der Annahme, dass wir uns in einem stabilen system befinden. Je instabiler das system umso unzuverlässiger die vorhersagen.

Im Gegenzug hat sich natürlich die Modellierung verbessert, aber die Instabilität durch den Klimawandel könnte überwiegen. Wird sie in Zukunft auf jeden Fall.

Klimawandel macht natürlich nicht alles instabil. Warme Luft wird weiter aufsteigen, an Berghängen werden sich wolken weiter abregnen etc., aber manche Sachen werden sich nicht mehr gut vorhersagen lassen.

You’re right. Probably should be mostly figuratively to humans, but also literally. And we also do it figuratively to the whales by destroying and polluting the ocean ecosystems.

This is not an isolated issue. This is how we treat animals and other humans (regarding the harpooning, we only do it figuratively to other humans, not literally).

That’s why we need to change the system. By being flooded with crises, we get separated and lose sight of the bigger picture. Many of the crises ate actually caused by the same things. Capitalism, greed, “conservatives”, corruption, the ultra rich. Whatever you want to call them.

Die Klimaziele nach dem Pariser Klimaabkommen oder die selbst gesetzten im Wahlprogramm? Weil die im Wahlprogramm erreichen wir möglicherweise einfach dadurch, dass unsere Wirtschaft und Zivilisation an den selbst verschuldeten Katastrophen zu Grunde geht.

Von den theoretischen Ideen war diese Ampel ja auch gut geplant. Nur die FDP bzw CL wollten dann doch nur rechtsextreme/Klientelpolitik machen. Da waren so gute und umsetzbare Ideen wie ein Klimageld, das marktorientiert und technologieoffen die Emissionen senkt und sozial gerecht ist. Stattdessen ist Technologieoffenheit zu einem Synonym für Blockade verkommen.

Und ja, die Ampel war sichet besser als jede unionsgeführte Regierung, aber sie ist weit hinter den Ansprüchen zurückgeblieben.

Und Olaf Scholz bzw die ganze SPD hat auch wirklich wenig zum Erfolg der Ampel beigetragen und viele Blockaden, Sozialabbau und Ausländerfeindlichkeit mitgetragen.
