2·1 year agoThere is a $250 IMF fee for out of state title transfers. Expect another $50-200 property tax bill depending on the value of your vehicle and the county you’re registering in.

They’ve been having financial problems for the last few quarters, so it’s unfortunately not totally unexpected. Hoping those working in the Spartanburg plant don’t get laid off.
Maybe because it’s not an American company
New housing developments are unpopular but ultimately it’s how you prevent homelessness and keep housing prices realistic.
Look into Simpsonville, Taylors, Greer, Powdersville, or Five Forks. All good suburbs that aren’t as expensive as downtown Greenville.
