Yes in that (to Microsoft) the copilot product is more important than the strategy that is open-source social coding.
No in the sense that they have already made it that… it’s not 100% cohesive, but “github” is the thing that manages engagment, organizes todos, generates the code, stores the code, performs code reviews, builds the code, deploys the code, answers tech questions, alerts you to security issues, etc. As a product it is an everything-blob… already… right now.

Why is the milk pipeline so huge? Planning on using 10x milk compared to water? :)

Grammatically, is this a command or performative?
Why is your mental fortitude going down, I’m just TALKING to you!?
xia@lemmy.sdf.orgto A Boring Dystopia@lemmy.world•Imagine not being able to shower, because AI slop generator machines need that water!English37·10 days agoI don’t understand why AI data centers would CONSUME water. Once they fill up their chiller loops, then… that’s it, right?
It’s hard for me to imagine them relying on the temperature of the incoming water, and dumping all the warm water as discharge.
I found the structural engineer!
No, seriously though… I’m shocked at how many people don’t recall “building block” level logic (as in the toys for babies). I even find contractors willing to make structural modifications to homes, bluffing their way through absurd structure ideas (where my roof would have to magically be floating in the air) where the consequences include human life.
IMO, we should all see the image on the right as wrong, as the entire surface payload (whatever you place on top of it) is resting on the four fasteners (and a shearing force on a tiny bit of the particle-board wood).
Destroyed by mold. Could not afford to fix the roof leak above it.

Instead of building a new world, we’re regurgitating a past that never existedEnglish1·12 days agoSometimes I wonder if there is a trival general explanation for this. For example, a generation that watched good media grew up and tried to make good media… and it turns out that making it is harder than consuming it, and all the old pioneers of media are long gone, leaving youtubers to recreate the craft from scratch by experimentation.

Why do you suppose it would be hard when (much like phones) there are already products (like chromebooks) that have done this?
Hypothetically… if you happen to have a list of those on hand, or be able to compose even a partial list… it might be good to leave it here… for, erm… completeness sake… or verification… or something.
