I hadn’t heard of this but I might try it if it gets patched. I’ve been looking for a fun FPS.

Since I already had a jellyfish server for TV/Films, I’ve been testing it for music recently. And the Finamp app is pretty great. I can create playlists and download them for offline listening.

I think the Calvin and Hobbes should be the successor.

Personally it’s not a hatred for Secure Boot itself. It’s a hatred for these companies requiring something that 1) is not necessary for their software to function and 2) offers little to no benefit for their software

I refuse to let these corporations tell me how to use my hardware. Right now, I dual boot and I want to continue to dual boot, at least for the foreseeable future.

I get irritated when people say “it’s no big deal, it’s easy to enable”, etc.

Yeah, while it would be nice, I don’t care about a native Linux version. Proton is so supported that I’m fine with using it.

Since they’ve explicitly stated that they want to continue to support Linux (at least for now), that at least shows a viable future for me.

Like in my response to the other commenter, that’s why I was playing FragPunk, because I thought support for Linux would be there. But they’ve pushed that to the way side.

I was playing FragPunk because it worked on Linux and I really like the game but they seem to be going the way that I thought The Finals was.

That’s what I currently use but I’ve tested fsh a little and was potentially looking to move. I just have to pull the trigger and see if I regret it or not.

Last I checked, I was not able to get it to play. They broke it with an update and I assumed that was by design and I haven’t looked back.

I can’t guarantee the authenticity but a friend of a friend’s wife ended up pregnant. She very clearly wanted to be a mother more than anything.

She ended up kind of having a miscarriage because the placenta was just straight up empty. Like her brain just convinced her body that she was pregnant and began the process.

So they just plugged it directly into the same network switch the ATM is on? That sounds incredibly dumb. The only ATMs I’ve seen the inside of had the network switch locked inside with the vault.

Also our bank had some kind of port security so if it wasn’t a recognized MAC address, the port just switched off.
