If you really need it – take it.
My understanding is that by taking it you’re stunting your bodies ability to produce it naturally. Effectively “subscribing” you to taking the medication indefinitely. That part doesn’t sit well with me if all you’re after is a bit of muscle, energy, recovery, etc.

So…. What’s the plan for the next 18 months?
Panhandling is a numbers game - both parties know this and it’s okay to say no.
If I were to go back to walking into work and dealing with it daily then I’d have my headphones on and would be ignoring.
It’s cute you think there’s a homeless shelter with room for y’all.

Set up n8n and an MCP server to schedule things - and then have it manage opening issues. (Probably via an API hook.)

This is kind of where I’m at. Most things are just scheduled tasks or timers to remind me of something.
Not sure I want to check how far behind I am. How rough are these upgrades? I’ve got most things under Terraform and Ansible but am still procrastinating under the fear of losing a weekend regiggling things.
Maintenance logs for things like oil/fuel filter changes on a vehicle.
Not really something you can schedule in advanced – but helps when the anxiety hits of if you should top something off or if you’re due to commit and do the change.
Mine is also Will Ferrel.
