To be clear, yes. Trump is all of those things, and very definitely a confirmed pedophile. Nobody here would disagree with those statements, you just might not see a lot of this type of criticism of Trump because it is common knowledge that doesn’t need to be stated.
The joke here is that his overwhelmingly moronic foreign and fiscal policy has been unintentionally very effective at getting the rest of the world to stop caring about the US and work together instead. These are the miracles jokingly credited to him.
