Mindustry has a version that runs on android. You can also play CDDA and Dwarf Fortress over SSH. I would suggest using screen so that you can easily reconnect to your session if you are disconnected. Played both over the covid lockdowns as I was staying with my partner and I would SSH to my PC to play. Used an external keyboard as my phone screen was pretty small, better on a tablet.

I could buy a bunch of Jackery panels and batteries but isn’t that pretty expensive for the capacity you get? They are easy to use but not really designed for this, I doubt batteries for residential use are drop tested for example.

So 1.2kW solar with 6kWh storage would be £5.6k. Could be worth it for building your own off grid cabin but not sure how reasonable it would be for a regular household.

I got the largest kelly kettle because loads of friends said they would be interested in using it as a group. This was like 3 or so years ago and since I got it absolutely no one has been interested in actually going outside. So I recently bought the smallest one now as I am only ever using it on my own, may as well get something easier to carry.

Shame that I don’t know anyone else interested in it though, don’t even have to go camping, just a day/afternoon trip or even just sit on the beach, but even that doesn’t get any interest.
